Cada uno decide en qué consiste la belleza".

Según puede leerse en Runway Riot, en muchas ocasiones las agencias de modelos convencionales le han dicho a esta defensora de la diversidad física que era "demasiado grande", mientras que las agencias de modelos de talla grande le decían que "no era lo suficientemente grande".

En la actualidad, trabaja con la agencia neoyorquina JAG Models y se dedica a mejorar la imagen de la mujer en los medios de comunicación.

Todas sus fotos de Instagram van acompañadas de comentarios positivos y de aceptación del físico y de etiquetas —como #everyBODYisbeautiful (en inglés puede significar "todo el mundo es bello" y también "todos los cuerpos son bellos")— con los que pretender promover la aceptación y el amor propio.
