Estados Unidos es el país con más contagiados y fallecidos en el mundo.

La emergencia sanitaria por coronavirus sigue afectando  a la vida en el planeta. Según cifras de la Universidad Johns Hopkins, en el mundo se registran 563.841 fallecidos y 12.671.592 contagiados por Covid-19.

Estados Unidos sigue como la nación con mayor número de casos positivos al acumular 3.242.073, mientras que los decesos llegaron a los 134.729, liderando también esta trágica lista.

Además, tres países sudamericanos se encuentran entre los diez con mayor tasa de infectados. Aquí encontramos a Brasil (1.839.850), Perú (322.710) y Chile (312.029).

Los países que siguen a Estados Unidos en cantidad de muertes por la enfermedad son Brasil (71.469), Reino Unido (44.883), Italia (34.945), México (34.730) y Francia (30.007).
